After a couple of years sharing, we’ve decided to put the children back in their separate bedrooms. Mainly due to over-cramped toy mayhem, their new respective rooms are now ready for re-decoration and new furniture. Step forward Ollie & Leila*, a kids furniture and accessories site packed full of storage solutions, toy chests and beautiful bedding.
A sucker for stylish accessories, I immediately spotted the Ollie Multi Star Applique Cushion. Part of the on-trend Ollie Star collection, Ollie & Leila’s other collections are; Alfie, Tillie, Footy, Belsize Park, Primrose Hill and Leila Heart. As well as cool star cushions which I’m secretly coveting myself, the Ollie & Leila furniture ranges feature 6 stunning paint colours. These include Isle of Skye Blue, Wimbledon White, Stone Bay Pink and Hadrian’s Grey.
Covering all tastes and ages, you’ll find cabin beds, bedside tables, desks and more, designed and built using expert craftsmanship. Pushed to choose for L in particular, I would pick the oak detail of Primrose Hill, especially the Sleigh Bed. A bit of a grown-up-girl take on her current bed, I love the French inspired sleigh, with its high head and foot end. The design meaning it could double up as a day bed, this is one super-stylish option for a junior fashionista.
Lots of thoughts for the mini makeover melting pot, the Alfie High End Curve Bed in Hadrian’s Grey is a smaller and lighter version of the beds within the other ranges. Ideal for an almost 4 year old, I know a certain Mr T who would have his eye on this pirate paradise. Any excuse for a bit of bedtime swashbuckling sword practice.
