I’m definitely late to the micellar water party but discovering the La Sultane de Saba version has more than made up for it. Their new Micellar Water with Orange Blossom is soothing, refreshing and smells absolutely delicious.
As somebody who has sensitive skin, especially on my eyelids, I’ve found this an unexpected miracle worker. Full of essential oils, I spray a little on a cotton wool pad and gently wipe the micellar water across my eyes and face. Removing all traces of makeup with just one sweep, I’m particularly impressed that it takes away heavy eyeshadow and mascara. My eyelids get easily irritated by often harsh eye makeup remover and this one is such a happy change. Leaving that luscious orange blossom scent, my eyes and face have felt soothed and softened.
A combination of floral water and a no-rinse formula, it comprises orange blossom, argan oil and tiny microscopic oil spheres to dissolve impurities without upsetting the skin. Sarah Strang, UK Director for La Sultane de Saba says, “A micellar water is a great time saving and effective addition to your beauty routine – it’s astonishing how much dirt they can remove when compared to regular cleansers. They contain tiny bubble-like molecules that as soon as they come into contact with the skin, instantly lift away dirt and grime”
Already a fan of the luxe La Sultane de Saba French spa brand, their product price tags are always well worth the investment. A little of their buys goes a long way, making economical beauty sense. The brand new Micellar Water with Orange Blossom is priced at £20, and I can see it lasting absolutely ages.
One for the Christmas list, or just a treat if you’re in need of some skincare indulgence, I’d wholeheartedly recommend sampling La Sultane de Saba Micellar Water with Orange Blossom.
