In what appears to be the perfect beauty and wellbeing pairing, Neal’s Yard Remedies recently created a skincare line with bestselling cookery author and healthy living advocate, Ella Woodward. Known for her incredible blog Deliciously Ella, Ella has taken the blogging and lifestyle world by storm.

With a collection that includes their Facial Wash and Moistursier, NYR and Deliciously Ella introduce to you an enticing rose, lime and cucumber blend. Smelling absolute divine, I was sent these products last week. Beautifully bottled in signature Neal’s Yard Remedies style, they are also each stamped with a statement Deliciously Ella label. The chic floral detail plus classic packaging would make both buys a gorgeous bathroom cabinet addition and/or stocking filler, come December.

Ella explains, “I worked closely with the team at Neal’s Yard Remedies to create a beautiful blend packed with some of my favourite organic ingredients, including balancing rose, toning lime, cooling cucumber and antioxidant-rich blueberries and acai. I’m so excited for you to try my new Rose, Lime & Cucumber Collection, a simple daily skincare routine to help every skin-type achieve a naturally radiant glow.”

Priced at £16, the Rose, Lime & Cucumber Facial Wash is zingy, refreshing and totally awakening, even on the dullest of days. Joined by the Rose, Lime & Cucumber Moisturiser (£25), I really like how light this product feels. Applying the moisturiser at both ends of the day, it soaks into skin and doesn’t leave that annoying residue under makeup which some skincare can. After use, my skin looks luminous.

The beauty scent found within these goodies is well worth raving about, as the mixture of rose, lime and cucumber soothes and refreshes your senses. I’d love to see this formula as a perfume on its own to be honest- the fragrance is that good.
