Landing in store at Selfridge’s exclusively earlier this month was the outstanding FOREO UFO Mini. Costing £149 it is, as the name suggests, a smaller version of the original smart mask treatment. Following my previous FOREO reviews, I was definitely keen to get my mitts on this intriguing device.
The FOREO UFO Mini is available in Pearl Pink, Mint and Fuschia and I love the summery shades. Arriving with a compatible UFO-activated mask, there are two to choose between: Make My Day and Call It a Night. Very simple to use, you flip the cap off and insert your mask.
Each device then has its own pre-programmed treatment routine, depending on which mask you use. Team with the FOREO app and create your own personal skin profile.
Also rechargeable by USB port, the waterproof device has a two-year warranty. Expertly blending cult beauty Korean mask skills with futuristic Swedish technology, the FOREO UFO Mini offers a spa-style treatment in 90 seconds. We all lead busy lives, and the idea of luxury at home always appeals to me.
To give you an idea of what the smart mask is like, Heating Thermotherapy creates warmth, whilst T-Sonic pulsations enable absorption of vital ingredients in the accompanying mask. In short, it just feels amazing. Both the UFO and UFO Mini offer full- spectrum LED Light Phototherapy, further highlighting what breakthrough beauty products they are.
Due to recent hormone imbalances my skin has been a bit ropey of late, but since I’ve been using this, things have definitely improved. The mask comes with a little stand too, so you can showcase your new home spa beauty buddy. Mine is propped on the shelf, all set to remind me I need a little time out again soon.
Disclaimer: this FOREO friend was gifted to me for the purpose of this review. I wish my nails always looked so lovely.
