Simplehuman Sensor Mirror Compact Review

I love Simplehuman mirrors, and last year reviewed their Sensor Mirror Trio. The kids call it my magic mirror, as this amazing beauty tool lights up whenever you’re near- I couldn’t be without it. Because of the size though, I needed a travel version to take away on trips. Step forward Simplehuman sister product, the Sensor Mirror Compact.

Priced at ¬£89.99, the nifty mirror comes with a pouch- and when you take it out, the light is automatically activated. It is an investment, but one worth making if you’re looking for an incredible magnifying mirror that will really ramp up your beauty regime.

Available in brushed, black and white as well, I went for the beautiful rose gold option. A ring handle ensures you can easily hold the mirror, or prop it up. So sleek, this is a brilliant buy which offers 3X magnification, meaning you can pluck stray brows with ease.

Recharge your mirror in between uses, with one charge lasting about a week- also giving you just enough time for a holiday or weekend away if you forget the charger. I’m in good company, as I’ve spoken with beauty insider and founder of Glossy PR, Jessica Shand, who also adores these mirrors. Jessica reviewed one over on her Instagram blog, Beautygram, explaining how powerful and handy the chic compact is.

I’ll be keeping this beauty in my bag for touch-ups on the move. I adore the shape, size and finish, it charges very quickly and, last but not least- its Tru-Lux light is extremely flattering.

A considered purchase ideal for beauty and skincare fans, you’ll love the luxe simplicity of this Simplehuman compact mirror too.
